Services
Trevida provides 3D rendering, modeling, and visualization services as outlined on our website. All service requests are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Quotes & Pricing
All prices provided are in SEK or any other currency and are subject to VAT (if applicable). Project quotes are based on the scope of work, timeline, and complexity. Any additional revisions or scope changes may result in revised pricing.
Payments
- A deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required before the start of the project.
- The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, invoice, via website or other agreed methods.
- Late payments may incur interest or delay delivery.
Project Delivery & Revisions
- Trevida will deliver the agreed visual content in digital format (e.g., images, animations).
- The number of revisions included will be stated in the project agreement.
- Major scope changes or additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra costs.
Intellectual Property
- Trevida™ is a registered trademark of Chipz3D Studios AB.
- Unless otherwise agreed, Chipz3D Studios AB retains the copyright of all content produced under the Trevida brand until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose(s).
- Trevida reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary project materials and timely feedback to avoid delays.
- Trevida is not responsible for delays caused by late submissions or incomplete project information.
Confidentiality
All project-related information exchanged between the client and Trevida (Chipz3D Studios AB) will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent, except when legally required.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, a portion of the payment may be retained to cover completed work.
- No refunds will be issued after the final delivery of materials
Limitation of Liability
Trevida and Chipz3D Studios AB are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or deliverables. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final visuals before use.
Website Usage
- All content on trevida.se, including text, graphics, images, and branding, is owned by Chipz3D Studios AB or licensed appropriately.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site and services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in a Swedish court of law.
